§ 1. Nature of the Terms and Conditions
  1. These Terms and Conditions set out the basic public rules of the 2026 edition of the Academy of Aesthetic Medicine, Anti-Aging and Longevity Venus, including, in particular, the rules for submitting nominations, merits-based evaluation, obtaining Nominee status, and awarding the Quality Standard Certificate and the Quality Awards of the Academy of Aesthetic Medicine, Anti-Aging and Longevity Venus.
  2. These Terms and Conditions are general and informational in nature. The detailed terms of paid cooperation, scope of services, schedule, remuneration, number of copies of the Venus Album, number of invitations to the Venus Gala, rules for publication, approval of materials, use of likeness and settlements are determined individually in a separate Participation Agreement concluded with the Organiser.
  3. Submission of a nomination, formal verification and the Committee’s merits-based evaluation are free of charge.
  4. Only publication, communication, marketing and image-building, organisational and other services agreed individually with the Organiser in the Participation Agreement may be subject to payment.
  5. A fee arising from the Participation Agreement is not a fee for a positive evaluation, a Committee Recommendation, the Quality Standard Certificate, Laureate status or a Quality Awards of the Academy of Aesthetic Medicine, Anti-Aging and Longevity Venus.
§ 2. Nature of the Academy of Aesthetic Medicine, Anti-Aging and Longevity Venus
  1. The Academy of Aesthetic Medicine, Anti-Aging and Longevity Venus 2026 is a year-round expert, educational, opinion-forming, nomination, publishing and communications project culminating in the Venus Gala.
  2. The Academy of Aesthetic Medicine, Anti-Aging and Longevity Venus is neither a traditional congress nor a conference, popularity poll or ranking based on the number of submissions, votes, followers, reach or promotional activity.
  3. The purpose of the Academy of Aesthetic Medicine, Anti-Aging and Longevity Venus is to promote quality, safety, ethics, professionalism, responsible communication, patient rights, expert knowledge and good practice in aesthetic medicine, anti-aging, longevity and related fields.
  4. The Project is expert and industry-oriented in nature. Assessment covers the Candidate’s actual achievements, operating standards, credibility, quality, safety, responsibility and contribution to the development of the area covered by the Academy of Aesthetic Medicine, Anti-Aging and Longevity Venus.
§ 3. Candidates and Submissions
  1. In particular, the following may be nominated for the Academy of Aesthetic Medicine, Anti-Aging and Longevity Venus 2026:
  2. physicians, specialists, experts, researchers and educators;
  3. clinics, practices, facilities, teams, institutions and organisations;
  4. brands, manufacturers and distributors;
  5. products, technologies, devices, programmes, projects or solutions related to the scope of the Academy of Aesthetic Medicine, Anti-Aging and Longevity Venus.
  6. A submission may be made by the Candidate themself or by a third party in the form of a peer recommendation, through the form or another channel indicated by the Organiser.
  7. A submission made by a third party does not automatically constitute the Candidate’s consent to participate in the Project. The Organiser may contact the Candidate to confirm their interest in participation and to obtain the necessary information.
  8. The Candidate should operate lawfully and hold the qualifications, authorisations, permits, documentation or other grounds required for the activity conducted, where such requirements apply.
  9. The Candidate is responsible for the accuracy, currency and completeness of the information provided to the Organiser.
  10. Submission materials should not contain patient data or likenesses that enable patient identification, unless an appropriate legal basis exists and the Organiser has expressly permitted their submission. Case descriptions should, as a rule, be anonymised.
§ 4. Verification and Assessment by the Committee
  1. The Organiser may conduct a formal verification of the submission, including, in particular, the completeness of the data, the submission’s compliance with the scope of the Project and basic information concerning the Candidate.
  2. Formal verification is not a qualitative assessment and does not replace the Committee’s decision.
  3. A nomination qualified for assessment may be submitted to the Committee of the Academy of Aesthetic Medicine, Anti-Aging and Longevity Venus.
  4. The Committee is an independent expert panel appointed to assess nominations within the Academy of Aesthetic Medicine, Anti-Aging and Longevity Venus.
  5. The Organiser provides organisational support for the Project but does not influence the individual merits-based evaluation carried out by the Committee.
  6. The Committee’s evaluation may take into account, in particular, quality, safety, qualifications, experience, ethics, responsibility, compliance with the law, reliability of communication, educational value, innovativeness and the significance of the Candidate’s achievements for the development of the industry.

  8. grant a positive Recommendation;

  11. decide not to award a Certificate or an Award;
  12. grant an additional distinction if it considers this justified.
  13. The Committee’s merits-based decisions are independent and final.
§ 5. Recommendation, Nominee Status and Participation Agreement
  1. A positive result of the Committee’s evaluation means that a Recommendation is granted and that the Candidate may be invited to participate further in the Project.
  2. The Committee’s Recommendation does not create an obligation to conclude a Participation Agreement or to pay a fee.
  3. A Candidate obtains Nominee status if the Candidate:
  4. has received a Committee Recommendation;
  5. has accepted the invitation to participate further;
  6. has concluded a Participation Agreement with the Organiser, if the further stage of participation includes paid services.
  7. Failure to conclude a Participation Agreement means withdrawal from the further paid stage of the Project and does not affect the independent nature of the Committee’s earlier evaluation.
  8. The detailed rules for the Nominee’s participation in publication, communication, marketing and image-building, organisational, editorial and gala-related activities are set out in the Participation Agreement.
§ 6. Quality Standard Certificate
  1. The Quality Standard Certificate of the Academy of Aesthetic Medicine, Anti-Aging and Longevity Venus 2026 is a private, expert industry distinction granted within the Project.
  2. The decision to grant the Certificate is made by the Committee on the basis of its merits-based evaluation.
  3. The Certificate is not an administrative decision, state accreditation, authorisation to conduct an activity, marketing authorisation, certificate required by law or a substitute for registrations, labelling, permits or documentation required for the Candidate’s products, services, technologies or activities.
  4. The rules for using the Certificate, mark, title, designation or information about the distinction are determined by the Organiser and, in detail, by the Participation Agreement or separate guidelines provided to the Nominee.
  5. The Nominee may not use the Certificate, title, name or designation of the Academy of Aesthetic Medicine, Anti-Aging and Longevity Venus in a misleading manner, suggest a broader scope of distinction than was actually granted, or suggest a guarantee of effectiveness, safety, quality or legal compliance beyond the content of the distinction granted.
§ 7. Quality Awards of the Academy of Aesthetic Medicine, Anti-Aging and Longevity Venus
  1. The Committee may grant the Quality Awards of the Academy of Aesthetic Medicine, Anti-Aging and Longevity Venus 2026 to selected Nominees.
  2. A Quality Award Laureate may receive a Venus Statuette, a Laureate certificate and the right to use the title “Laureate of the Quality Awards of the Academy of Aesthetic Medicine, Anti-Aging and Longevity Venus 2026” on the terms determined by the Organiser.
  3. The award of the Quality Standard Certificate does not guarantee receipt of a Quality Awards.
  4. The Committee may decide not to grant an Award in a given category if it considers that no nomination meets the standard that would justify granting the distinction.
  5. Information concerning Laureates remains confidential until its official announcement, as a rule during the Venus Gala.
§ 8. Partners, Sponsors and Independence of Assessment
  1. Partners, sponsors, advertisers, the Organiser’s clients and entities cooperating with the Organiser are subject to the same assessment rules as other Candidates.
  2. The status of a partner, sponsor, advertiser, client or entity cooperating with the Organiser does not guarantee a positive evaluation, a Committee Recommendation, a Certificate, Nominee status, Laureate status or a Quality Award.
  3. Partners, sponsors, advertisers and the Organiser’s clients may not influence the Committee’s decisions or obtain information about individual evaluations before their official announcement.
  4. Honorary, industry or media patronage of the Project does not mean that the patron participates in the assessment of nominations, recommends specific individuals, entities, products or services, or guarantees the grant of a Certificate or Award.
§ 9. Venus Album, Communications and Venus Gala
  1. The Venus Album, communications activities and the Venus Gala are elements of the Project, the detailed scope of which is determined individually in the Participation Agreement.
  2. Participation in the Venus Album may include the preparation and publication of a presentation of the Nominee, their achievements, standards, experience, good practice or other content agreed with the Organiser.
  3. The scope of publication, number of pages, presentation format, number of Album copies, rules for approval, deadlines for providing materials, number of correction rounds and the scope of additional services are specified in the Participation Agreement or in the schedule provided to the Nominee.
  4. The Venus Gala is the formal, media-facing culmination of the Project. The detailed rules for participation in the Gala, the number of invitations, the scope of exposure and any additional services are specified in the Participation Agreement.
  5. The absence of a Nominee or Laureate from the Gala does not affect the validity of the Certificate, the result of the evaluation or the granting of the Award, unless the Participation Agreement provides otherwise with regard to organisational or settlement services.
  6. The Organiser may change the date, venue, programme or format of the Gala for important organisational, legal, technical, safety-related or Organiser-independent reasons. The consequences of such changes for paid services are determined by the Participation Agreement and applicable law.
§ 10. Materials, Likeness and Responsibility for Content
  1. The Candidate or Nominee is responsible for the accuracy of the information, descriptions, data, materials, photographs, logos, recordings and other content provided to the Organiser.

  3. The Organiser may refuse to publish or use content that is unlawful, unreliable, unethical, infringes third-party rights, is misleading or is inconsistent with the nature of the Academy of Aesthetic Medicine, Anti-Aging and Longevity Venus.
  4. The scope of the licence to materials and the rules for using likeness, voice, statements, logos, trade marks and other designations are set out in the Participation Agreement or separate documents.
  5. The submission of a nomination alone does not constitute the Candidate’s unrestricted consent for the Organiser to publish the Candidate’s likeness, voice, materials or designations.
§ 11. Withdrawal from Participation, Suspension or Revocation of a Distinction
  1. The Organiser may suspend services, refuse publication, terminate the further participation of a Candidate or Nominee, or refer the matter to the Committee if circumstances arise that may affect the credibility of participation in the Project.
  2. This applies in particular to:
  3. the provision of false, outdated or misleading information;
  4. the lack of the required cooperation with the Organiser;

  10. If, after a Recommendation, Certificate or Award has been granted, credible information emerges that undermines the basis of the evaluation, the Organiser may refer the matter to the Committee.
  11. The Committee decides whether to maintain, suspend or revoke the merits-based distinction.
  12. Revocation of the Certificate or Award results in the loss of the right to continue using the relevant title, mark, designation or materials confirming the distinction.
  13. The rules for settling paid services are set out in the Participation Agreement and applicable law.
§ 12. Protection of the Concept, Know-how and Intellectual Property
